Order Process

1. Order – order through the website. Upon successful checkout, an automated invoice and order summary will be to your registered email address.

2. Order Acknowledgement – We’ll be acknowledging your order within the next 24 hours of a working day. For faster processing, you may skip to step 3.

NOTICE: Orders sent beyond 4pm will be considered as a next day transaction. Orders sent beyond Friday 4pm, or during the weekend will be considered as a Monday transaction.

3. Payment – Send proof of payment to restock@butfirstcoffee.ph. We’ll be confirming your payment within the next 24 hours of a working day, and will serve as Order Confirmation.

NOTICE:  Payment cut-off at 2pm. Payments made and sent beyond 2pm will be considered as a next day transaction. Payments made and sent beyond Friday 2pm, or during the weekend will be considered as a Monday transaction.

** For paid orders that cannot be fulfilled completely, the amount shall be refunded to you and we’ll resend an amended invoice.

4. Order Processing – standard lead time is 3~5 working days from Payment Confirmation.

For urgent orders, there will be an urgent fee of 500 php, and shall be processed within 24 hours of a working day, upon payment/order confirmation, subject to office approval and stock availability. 

We will be sending out a notification if your orders are ready for pick-up/delivery.

Food/Pastry Schedule

Monday & Tuesday Delivery

Monday: North + NCR Branches
Tuesday: South + Rizal Branches

Order, Changes (Cancellation/Postponement) & Payment Cut-off: Tuesday 4:00 pm

Thursday & Friday Delivery

Thursday: North + NCR Branches
Friday: South + Rizal Branches

Order, Changes (Cancellation/Postponement) & Payment Cut-off: Friday 4:00 pm

Stock Schedule

Pickup/Delivery Time: M-F 9:00am~11:30am | 1:00pm~4:00pm

Processed orders shall be dispatched/picked up within 3 working days from the dispatch/pickup notification.

Orders that are not picked up/dispatched after 3 working days of the notification shall have a storage fee of 150php/day. 

Pickup/Deliveries outside the given schedule shall have a penalty of 350 php, and is still subject to staff availability, unless otherwise stated.
